We are in the process of prepping our house for sale, which includes switching out the toilet the runs constantly and drives me mental. As an aside, why do we always do things to improve our house for sale instead of doing it so we can enjoy?
Anyway, the bedroom toilet was changed out today and I saw a note in the store advertising that you can get money back for something as simple as replacing your toilet!
Some of the cheaper eco toilets can be purchased for about $130 and when you apply some of the municipal rebates they are almost free! Not to mention the savings on your water bill.
We are prepping for sale too! We have spent the last 2 days marathon cleaning, and patching, and decluttering, and I was thinking the same thing. We replaced a light in our laundry room, and I wish we had put a florescent in years ago!! Man it is nice! I am going to be doing a moving event probably end of september, and was wondering if you wanted to write something about it for my event.
